Exposure on technical design of new systems, such as proto types

Determining the resource requirements and identifying the resources for the project

Ensure the overall quality of the projects

Ensuring Timely Billing & Escalation tracking

Establish “Best Practices” and plan for continuous improvement of processes

Experience on performance appraisals

Sound knowledge in Insurance / Financial IT project execution

Knowledge in service levels and metrics

Project Planning & Execution (Development, System testing, Regression test, UAT, Deployment, Warranty support etc..)

 ITIL Experience is required

 Requirements gathering for business requirements & provide estimates
