Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

Proven experience leading SAP Contract Lifecycle management projects. Configuration and knowledge transfer experience for the SAP CLM module 10.. Experience with enabling Collaboration using the SAP CLM tool Experience with contract creation using standardized consistent, pre-approved legal language. Experience with contract routing and approval. Ability to create templates and upload boiler place clauses. 

1. Configure master data element sync between ECC and SAP CLM. 

2. Configure standard hierarchical workflows for contract document approval. 

3. 3. Single user sign on capability using LDAP/Active Directory. 

4. 4. Assist in the migration of contract data and contract images from the current/legacy systems into SAP CLM. 

5. 5. Set up Delta users, contacts and external party information(via mass dataload) into SAP CLM. 

6. 6. Creation of reports - Standard/Adhoc/Customized 

7. Experience upgrading SAP CLM application. 

8. Experience testing and integrating SAP ECC with SAP CLM using PI (process integration)

Roles and responsibility:

1) Setting up and installing the system landscape

2) Managing the system landscape and the corresponding transport landscape

3) Providing support and advice in all technical questions during an implementation project

4) Giving daily updates on the technical direction of the project including communicating deviations in the project

5) Developing and realizing the cutover plan before going live

6) Communicating effectively with the business process team

7)Transferring knowledge effectively to employees in system administration
