Necessary Skills 

• Broad UX project team experience working with other interaction designers, visual designers, editors and usability engineers, as well as an understanding of other team members’ deliverables and processes within a user-centered design model

• Ability to collaborate well with business and technology partners

• Experienced interpreter of visual style guides and creating assets consistent with company brand standards as well as established industry best practices(Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite6 (Photoshop & Illustrator)

• Experience in usability design, navigation design, online content organization, IA/taxonomy creation and search optimization; knowledge of web usability principles, with professional designation a plus

• Strong attention to detail with respect to creating design deliverables and assets

• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and issue-resolution skills

• Mobile web and downloadable app design experience preferred.

Desired Skills

• Project management skills a plus.

• Financial Services industry experience preferred.
