Technical/Functional Skills :

Oracle WebCenter Content Management (UCM/IPM) 10g and 11g 

Oracle Document Capture (ODC) 10g 

Setup and maintenance of Oracle Imaging 10g and Oracle ECM/UCM 11g 

Ability to create, update, and review functional and technical documents. 

Ability to develop test data, test scripts and execute testing of integrated systems. 

Must have extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integration. 

Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system        

Roles & Responsibilities :

Maintain ECM components - Oracle WebCenter Content Management (UCM/IPM), Oracle Document Capture (ODC). Must be able to maintain both 10g and 11g versions. 

Perform knowledge transfer on administration of Oracle WebCenter Content Server Administrator (11g) and Oracle WebCenter Imaging 10g, and Oracle Document Capture (ODC) 10g. 

Participate with teams to design and develop content models, security models, meta-data schemas and content types 

Assess existing ECM capabilities including existing sites, architectures, and content models 

Work with business and technical stakeholders to create Enterprise Content Management solutions 

Support implementation, upgrades, and operation of the Oracle Enterprise Content Management (ECM) application;

Generic Managerial Skills :

Leading and Mentoring both Onsite and Offshore teams 

Creating Project Plan and Track status 

Handling Customer communications and Management reporting 

Experience in Health Care (preferable)

Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
