Required Skills:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated, technical knowledge of Siebel 7.8.x and/or 8.1.x.

Hands on Siebel Configuration and OBIEE skills

Demonstrated, practical knowledge of Enterprise scoped application upgrade

Functional knowledge of Siebel call centre application

Leads cross-function teams that gather information to evaluate current work processes and identify improvement strategies 

Manages technical implementation of project and recognizing interdependencies with upstream and downstream systems

Delivers program/project deliverables, on time and within budget with managed risk and issues 

Creates and maintains project and task level schedules 

Manages and communicates to stakeholders the project risk levels

Engages the use of advanced project controls, tools and methodologies 

Provides project quality assessments 

Manages the communication to the program manager according to the project plan 

Manages changes to scope, cost, schedule, or quality across the entire project 

Provides project updates on all projects for sponsor, team and management review 

Continuously seeks process improvement opportunities that would positively impact project goals and objectives.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree is Required
