Hands on experience on any Laptop encryption product 

Hands on experience on Installing ,configuring and troubleshooting Lotus Notes 8.5.3

Windows 7 Troubleshooting

Dell ESeries Laptop and Optiplex Desktop hardware Installation and troubleshooting

Asset tracking/maintenance

Experiences in Active Directory

MS Office product troubleshooting

Lotus notes 8.5 Installation/ Configuration and Trouble shooting

Black Berry configuration and troubleshooting

Hand on experiences on McAfee Encryption products
