Job Description
What’s the growth opportunity? This will be a challenging entry-level role where you can learn the ins and outs of building a Product-Led software business.
As a member of Teamstand’s Revenue team, you will work closely with your teammates to attract, engage, and retain our early users.
You will work directly with our product's users, learning as much as possible about their challenges, workflows, and professional networks to ensure that our product meets and exceeds their needs! You should expect to feel like an owner in the business, which includes thriving in ambiguity, acting nimbly, working off-hours as needed, and collaborating with your colleagues in Product and Engineering to act as the voice of the user.
This position will be based in our New York City office, and you will work with colleagues and customers around the world.
Qualifications
Looking for more details? Some activities include:
- Guide the onboarding experience for new users to achieve regular product use
- Contribute to product sign-ups and installations through outbound (e.g., email, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.) communications to target personas
- Assist in managing ongoing support channels for users
- Generate user referrals and engagement in online user communities
- Assist in driving event planning and registration for our user community
- Help design repeatable enrollment, onboarding, and support processes
What type of experience will likely be helpful? We're looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales development, customer service, or similar roles
- Demonstrated success exceeding metrics-based objectives
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A baseline understanding of typical data structures and object relationships in business data environments
- Detailed knowledge of cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive), email (Gmail, Outlook), and chat (Slack) technologies and their capabilities
Additional ‘Good to have’
- Experience using Hubspot, Airtable, Salesforce, or similar CRM software
