Job Description

At TeamViewer we are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business success. Our team of dedicated UX Researchers plays a pivotal role in shaping our products and services by providing valuable insights from user research. We are looking for a talented Senior UX Researcher to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering customer-centric solutions.
As an UX Researcher (intermediate level), you will play a key role in understanding our users and translating insights into design decisions. You will work within the UX team to conduct impactful research that enhances our product's usability and user satisfaction.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

  • Assist in all stages of the research process, from planning to reporting
  • Conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify trends and user needs
  • Help create user personas and journey maps
  • Communicate research findings to the design and development teams
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a repository of research-based insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrable knowledge in UX research and experience with user-centered design
  • Familiarity with the Jobs To Be Done framework is a plus
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Proficiency in various research methods and tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivated for personal development, contribution, and support of designers, sharing experiences and approaches with colleagues
