Job Description

In this position you will be Identifying business opportunities with customers and key partners and assist with long-term strategies for achieving their business goals. Providing additional values to existing customers to improve their journey with TeamViewer.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of economic exposure, particularly within the tech industry, to tailor solutions to customers’ financial and business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, including internal products and external products to provide customers with valuable insights.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations. Utilize customer support inquiries to identify revenue-generating opportunities and turn inquiries into sales.
  • Identify and engage with potential key partners, working closely with end users and provide comprehensive solutions by conducting in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that align with the customer's business objectives and industry trends.  
  • Develop strategies to identify upsell opportunities and create needs for additional products or services within the existing customer base with higher deal size.
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and registration/ escalation processes for your region.

Qualifications

  • Japaniese native speaker 
  • Business level English proficiency, both verbal and written. 
  • 3+ years in an account management / sales role with proven experience building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of various sales approaches and strategies.
  • Understanding channel partners for a SaaS vendor.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise application software solution selling.
  • Work autonomously and be accountable for company growth.
  • Customer-focused individual, able to manage multiple tasks between clients.
  • Good at communication and solving complex problems either independently or collaboratively for the customers.
  • Passion for technology and sales-driven, dedicated with a positive attitude.

  • Contract location is Adelaide (Hybrid work arrangement)
  • Some interstate and international travel is required
