Job Description
As a Global eCommerce Experience Manager (all genders), you are a marketer who is passionate about leveraging data insights to enhance digital experiences on B2B websites. You are motivated by improving conversion rates, optimizing product placement, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You also possess a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they impact website performance.
- developing and executing strategies to optimize the user experience and drive conversions on the company's website.
- you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and utilizing data insights to inform data-driven decisions
- Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
- Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by continuously improving the end-to-end e-commerce experience.
- Develop personalization campaigns that lead to high conversion rate on the site
- Develop website roadmap and website/landing page release schedules.
- Analyze website performance, provide regular reporting and insights and find ways to improve conversion rate.
- Develop, implement, and analyze A/B test split and multivariate testing on the website
- Map out customer journeys and collaborate with UX designer to develop seamless UX pages
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and insights to management about visitor and prospect behavior (to optimize lead conversion)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- Good customer experience understanding, analytical skills, advanced knowledge of ecommerce and customer journeys (preferable within software industry)
- Experience with google optimize, adobe target, (tableau is a plus)
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
