Job Description

We are looking for a Product Administrator (all genders) to join us and support our Product Operations team in the administration and coordination of various processes during the product lifecycle. The position will report to the Director Product Operations and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.  

  • Own creation, release and maintenance of products in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Work with various stakeholders to clarify product behavior/requirements through the product life cycle for proper configuration
  • Coordinate testing of new product and product changes prior to release
  • Maintain product request backlog
  • Create and maintain product documentation 
  • Lead product issue investigation and resolution in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Improve product creation/maintenance process

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Comfortable with working in high-demand set-up and ability to prioritize execution, hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong data-driven mindset and a great attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
