  • Put the customer front and centre and position TeamViewer as the thought leader for our Remote product, both market-facing and internal across all regions
  • As the product marketing manager, you will develop and direct all end-to-end product marketing initiatives for our TeamViewer Remote product. You will also understand the details and nuances of the product’s market intimately, customer needs, buyer personas, and overall financials and KPIs to strategically position our products for different segments like global carriers, MSPs, alliances, and other partners
  • Plan and conduct market and customer research to gather insights about target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision processes relevant to the product. Clearly define & communicate analysis of the target market, customer segmentation & set of personas
  • Positioning and messaging: work closely with leadership, product team, brand and global campaigns team to define the strategic product positioning for our product, develop the value propositions and the master messaging highlighting benefits for our customers
  • Create high-value audience-centric multi-channel content like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets
  • Product launches: manage the launch framework for product releases, including GTM plans, launch assets and campaign recommendations
  • Ensure high quality and consistency between product and marketing – design, language and messaging

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in product marketing for an international SaaS company with a focus on SMB, SME and MSP business
  • Be a master story-teller with a proven track record in developing world-class audience-centric, value-oriented content
  • Native proficiency in English with excellent writing and presentation skills is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects, along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders
  • Hands-on mentality and working well in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task with a solution-focused attitude
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management
