Job Description

This is a six months opportunity for a keen IT student or recent graduate to work alongside an IT service desk within a global software technology vendor. You will assist the team, providing support to employees across the Asia-Pacific region, and can expect to perform the following tasks:

  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Asset management
  • Log in tickets into our ticketing system
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff in our Adelaide office
  • Support the IT service desk with ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology or similar qualification
  • Good knowledge of desktop operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows applications such as Office 365
  • High level of English written and oral ability
  • Interested in new technologies and good technical understanding
  • Self-motivated and can work proactively
  • Availability to work 2 full days per week (days are flexible and can be interchanged if required)
