Job Description

We are a growing Software company seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Bremen. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain professional experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Learning & Development team to ensure the effectiveness of our employee training programs. You will develop and implement learning strategies and initiatives that align with our organizational objectives. 

  • Plan, design and evaluate trainings for different departments and leadership for our employees globally
  • Coordinate external trainers and other vendors 
  • Maintain our Learning Management System (set up courses, distribute invitations, maintain participation)  
  • Implementing projects in a growing and changing environment (e.g. performance & development, 360 degree feedback, change management, organizational development) 
  • Help developing and implementing effective learning strategies  
  • Collect and analyze training data and use it to improve training programs  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all training initiatives  
  • Manage different operative tasks related to Learning & Development  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology, Education, Business Psychology or a similar degree 
  • Ideally first experience in the field of Learning & Development and would like to take this to a new level with us 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Used to work in a team and manage different stakeholders 
  • Very good  German and English skills in written and spoken
