Job Description

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager (all genders) to support our marketing team in managing global email execution and strategy. We are an international team looking for someone with a proven track record of building and managing high volume, data-driven email marketing campaigns, and understands the strategies required to drive acquisition, action, and retention across the customer lifecycle.

  • Optimize our monetization strategy through email and conversion funnels aligned with our customer journey
  • Plan, build, QA and execute international marketing emails and service communications
  • Understand, monitor, and apply governmental and company policies and regulations (GDPR, CASL, etc.) on the execution of email marketing
  • Coordinate design and content proposals with internal departments
  • Measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for testing and improvement
  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of deliverability and sender reputation across our email platforms
  • Collaborate closely with all marketing functional teams, sales operations, IT and developers
  • Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for email marketing and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related subject
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving backed understanding complex data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Keen interest in Performance Marketing topics and the utilization of the latest tools, techniques, and processes to make your work as efficient as possible
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
