Job Description

  • Assist our Channel and Enterprise Sales teams in the EMEA Region
  • Process orders by utilizing our ERP system
  • Create quotations in collaboration with the account managers
  • Respond to different partner queries (e.g. regarding pricing, products or invoices) via email and ticketing system
  • Maintaining data quality in CRM and other systems
  • Assist and support with other operational tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer service or administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team or agent
  • Demonstrated experience using a CRM tool or ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English (other European languages are a bonus)
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
  • Forward-thinking, solution focused, and a team player
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows® and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • A degree in commerce, business administration, or similar field is advantageous

  • Contract location is Mumbai, India
