Job Description

You are a marketer who is driven and excited about data-insights. You love to question every assumption and choose an experiment over a Gut Feeling. You have experience with Google Optimize and Adobe Target.

  • Responsible for our website and landing pages to ensure they drive incremental revenue
  • Create compelling landing pages with killer user experiences to accelerate conversion rate
  • Develop personalization campaigns that lead to high conversion rate on the site
  • Develop website roadmap and website/landing page release schedules.
  • Write and edit compelling page copy that attracts organic traffic to the website or landing page.
  • Analyze website & landing page performance, provide regular reporting and insights and find ways to improve conversion rate.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze A/B split and multivariate testing scenarios for landing pages and popular content pages on the website(s).
  • Recommend actions to maximize clicks, conversions, and lead generation efforts from paid and earned media channels.
  • Collaborate with UX designer to develop seamless UX pages
  • Use data to drive strategy and action plans
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and insights to management about visitor and prospect behavior (to optimize lead conversion)

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field 
  • 5+ years' experience with Google Optimize, Adobe Target, (Tableau is a plus) 
  • Advanced knowledge of eCommerce and customer journeys (preferable within software industry)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
