Job Description

Assist customers throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products within the Korean market. Also responsible for contacting existing and potential clients via phone and email, and converting these leads into sales opportunities.  

  • Make contact with 70 potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you (potentially only engaging with around 30)
  • Propose solutions to customers’ that meet their unique business needs
  • Provide online demonstrations to potential customers
  • Promptly respond to email requests
  • Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
  • Meet daily revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Manager (individual)
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
  • Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems
  • Discover opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell add ons or additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis
  • Discuss possible ways to improve our processes and systems with your team manager

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (3+ years is preferable)
  • Strong oral and written fluency (business-level) in English and Korean
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge
  • High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Team oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling
  • Post graduate degree in business information technology or economics is advantageous
