• Support eCommerce team in designing and developing experiences to improve our webshop
• Define essential user journeys/experience and functional requirements and advocate for an exceptional user experience that solves real business problems 
• Create experience updates in order to enhance the CX, improve ecommerce matrices and drive rapid growth via digital channels
• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into design ideas and concepts using experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes 

• 5+ years experience with UX design in an e-commerce environment (ideally SaaS)
• Expertise in the current digital commerce UX best practices across digital channels 
• Familiarity with website analytics (Google Analytics & Adobe Target & wireframing tools), data layer
• Experience building web templates, widgets and modules 
• Ability to shift seamlessly between working independently and as part of a broad team 
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German or further languages are a plus

• Contract location would be Berlin, Germany
