Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer, subject matter expert who will support the Business Development team in expanding the Partner Ecosystem across multiple enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate is proficient in project management and technology platforms with a strong focus on generating solutions, integration, creating technical documentation, educating the customer, and client-relationship management.  

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with partners and identify the technical requirements based on the agreed Business cases.
  • Design the technical solution based on the Business Case provided by the Commercial Manager and generate the required technical documentation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and as a consultant to partners during development phase.
  • Manage external development vendors for the implementation of REST API/SDK based cloud integrations.
  • Manage project deliverables of the technical projects. Work with internal support, operational and other stakeholder teams to ensure the smooth operation of a partnership. 
  • Work closely and proactively with internal Product teams to submit feature requests, suggest improvements as well as for the resolution of bugs.
  • Manage Demo and QA environments, act as the PO for any tool development projects and work on complex partner technical issues.
     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of directly related experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, (Masters Degree preferred)
  • Experience leading API/SDK integrations with large SaaS platforms, mobile technologies, IoT and AR applications
  • Experience with software engineering and design architecture
  • Experience in customer facing roles; excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions
  • Extensive experience providing technical project management with the ability to lead challenging technical initiatives.
  • Up-to-date with changes in technology and the business implications/applications of new technologies
  • Ability to travel internationally on occasion
