Job Description

This role will see you assist new customers throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products.

You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients via phone and email, and converting these leads into sales opportunities. You can also expect to perform the following:

  • Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to potential customers. 
  • Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes. 
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers. 
  • Process any written request from customers and potential customers using our proprietary systems (Ticket system, CRM, License Tool). 
  • Promote cross and upselling activities with our existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • A sales or customer service background (ideally 2+ years experience)
  • Good understanding of the market and culture in both Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Business-level oral and written fluency in Malay and English
  • Oral and written fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is beneficial
  • Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to offer solutions for individual customer needs.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge. 
  • Team oriented, with a health touch of competitiveness.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
