TeamViewer is looking for an experienced and hands-on Director (m/f/d) for UI/UX Design to join TeamViewer’s Product Management team and drive User Experience and Design for all Products, ensuring great and consistent user experience, state-of-the-art usability, and outstanding look-and-feel of our software. The Director (m/f/d) UI/UX Design will work within the global product management team and partner closely across our product, R&D and marketing departments. Help us creating world that works better!

• Drive the visual identity of TeamViewer products and inspire development initiatives by your holistic user-centered and customer value driven way of thinking 
• Take responsibility for the design guidelines, standards, and general look-and-feel of all products in TeamViewer’s portfolio including the in-product user journey 
• Constantly review, modernize, and improve the design of the user interface of TeamViewer products and adjacent processes  
• Build-up and use in-product data and metrics to shape the strategy and product design vision

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic UI/UX function, preferably as a senior designer or manager in/of an international team 
• Proven experience building out a common design systems and design process including its implementation in a global organization across multiple products 
• Profound understanding and assessment ability of implementation complexity for certain design concepts in a Web-first world   
• Profound sense of aesthetics paired with analytical and strategic thinking as well as the ability to do data-driven decisions 
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, leading-edge products and solutions 
• Hands on mentality with the willingness to get things done 
• Excellent communication skills and excitement for challenge, and a desire to work in a fast-paced growing environment 

• Contract location should remain in Germany
