We’re on the forefront of innovation with this exciting opportunity to transform the marketing organization into an advanced, global demand creation operation based firmly on the foundation of data and analytics. 

The Growth Marketing Manager advances the marketing organization and is instrumental for enabling marketing team strategy, planning and managing the day-to-day operations for the health of the marketing program effectiveness to pipeline contribution. The Marketing Operations function is to understand the right use of the marketing technical stack, workflows, lead scoring & routing and program spend visibility and ROI tracking. Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing Operations and Technology, this individual will orchestrate activities and standards for the region by developing, modifying and owning processes, marketing program health, lead management and performance measurement. This role will work closely with marketing technology, other regional marketing operations managers, digital marketing and content teams, and other marketing functions, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including IT, business operations, sales and sales operations to build and lead the marketing operations function.

  • Understands, monitors, leads and applies governmental and company policies and regulations (GDPR, CASL, etc.) on the execution of marketing activities
  • Owns and provides leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing processes, project management, and orchestration of marketing performance
  • Supports the company-wide account prioritization strategy through data modeling and ABM technologies
  • Provides strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns for customers and internal marketing teams
  • Owns and supports the optimization of lead scoring and routing methodology to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Manages the lead enrichment strategy for improving the quality of the database (prospect and customer) to enable effective segmentation and profiling
  • Ensure required data is captured at all buyer engagement stages and accurate multi-touch attribution is reported
  • Creates marketing dashboard and program metrics
  • Ensures data is clean and in compliance
  • Collaborates closely with all marketing functional teams, sales operations, IT, Executive Leadership and more
  • Actively monitors, analyzes and reports on the health of marketing pipeline contributions
  • Provides leadership team with program effectiveness, conversion rates throughout each stage of the lead funnel
  • Provides thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology
  • Actively provides input to annual and quarterly marketing planning and reviews
  • Manages third party vendor relationships and program budgets

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in marketing, business, statistics or IT
  • 5-8 years minimum experience in marketing automation, demand gen or similar role
  • 3+ Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, full-funnel operations and working with sales teams preferred
  • Expert user of marketing tools: automation, multi-touch attribution, lead management, data visualization and ABM platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, 6 Sense, Drift, Tealium, Pathfactory, Q-Assign, Tableau, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle and scoring, nurture, data enrichment and normalization, database segmentation, lead routing and hand-off process, privacy requirements such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing automation rules and triggers
  • Proficient user of Salesforce, MS Dynamics a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data sets
  • Proficient user of Excel and other data analysis tools. Tableau or similar is a nice-to-have
