The TeamViewer Americas Marketing team is seeking an experienced marketer to drive the execution of our Demand Strategy in North America. This role will report directly with to our Director of Demand Generation Marketing, aligned with our global strategy for increasing the SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise brand awareness, lead and pipeline generation. The Growth Marketing Manager will be an experienced integrated marketing lead who will support the execution of North American demand generation and lead generation campaigns that build brand awareness, trust and authority across our target markets. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative and motivated marketer to help drive the market towards our expertise and our industry leading solutions.

• The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementation, execution and reporting of the Demand Generation Marketing programs
• Works with our solution and industry experts and global marketing teams to coordinate regional strategic thought leadership campaigns
• Responsible for creating channel specific marketing campaigns to be executed through our global marketing channels with regional support teams
• Produces new campaigns to product content and strategic campaigns that support our market position along with building out assets including microsites, campaign content
• Manages lead generation campaigns for Enterprise programs
• Creates email campaigns for top of funnel Enterprise programs
• Promotes pre and post events, supporting our Events/Webinars in the Americas to reach new leads  
• Identifies and develops content that is mapped to early stages of the Enterprise buyer journey
• Responsible for contribution to lead generation and pipeline growth for Americas Enterprise team
• Works closely with strategic teams to manage and marketing strategy
• Builds out campaign website landing page
• Monthly reporting on performance of campaigns
• Participates and represents TeamViewer at industry events
• Collaborates with Content, Creative, Marketing Operations team to deliver collateral, web content, emails, event messaging, strategic communications and other assets that drive customer engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar flied with 5+ years of Marketing experience within the software technology industry working within integrated marketing programs.
• MarTech experience and knowledge with Marketing Automation software such as Hubspot, ABM platforms like Demandbase and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to creatively solve complex problems
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
