Job Description

  • Support our existing English customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via ticket system
  • Manage workload via the ticketing system
  • Be the first line in our customer support experience
  • Show our software solutions to customers that will solve their individual IT challenges.
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our exisiting and potential customers.
  • Work with sales and second level team to provide solutions to our customers

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training or relevant experience
  • Business level fluency of English. Other APAC languages are a big bonus
  • Knowledge of operating systems and experience at least with two of the following, Windows®, Mac OS X®, Linux®, iOS®, Android®
  • Experience working in customer support via phone and ticket system
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Flexibility in working times to cover our markets
  • Ability to communicate to our customers in a busy environment
  • Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
  • Team player who enjoys being part of a great team environment
  • Ability to travel when needed, some interstate and international travel may be required
