We are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) Application Management who is responsible for building up a new D365 support structure and the related implementation.

• Build up a D365 support structure to operate our D365 environment
• Be responsible for implementation of the new structure and become a valuable member of the program management office in the role of the technical program manager
• Manage providers actively and develop a growing partnership
• Analyse and decide between make-or-buy, coordinate the providers and take care of the delivery
• Act as an in-house consultant for various stakeholders regarding D365 platform
• Take responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform at TeamViewer, continuously monitor its implementation and develop requirements for targeted and further development of the platform
• Moderate workshops to collect new business requirements
• Be involved in quality assurance and release management topics
• Take actions to implement minor adjustments and developments independently and own the 2nd and 3rd level support topic

• University degree in computer science, business administraton or any related subject
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance & Operations) or AX 2012
• Understanding of ADO (Azure DevOps) and/or Visual Studio Team Services system
• Technical savviness, you always stay up to date with newest technological trends
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office round off your profile

• Contract location would be our office in Göppingen, Germany
• Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
