• Generate and translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces.
• Create wireframes and UX/UI prototypes to articulate the desired experience
• Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user-profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or use stories
• Support implementation and respond to day-to-day questions from developers, product managers, and team leads
• Understand technical, business, and time limitations, and design within these constraints

• Over 4 years of experience defining and executing User Experience activities as part of a product/application development team
• Over 2 years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications
• Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns
• Ability to balance multiple projects or tasks effectively
• Ability to conduct user research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
• Fluency in English is mandatory: both spoken and written

• Contract location would be Porto, Portugal
• Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
