• Manage the online webshop 
• Maintain our Chinese website and enhance end user experience. 
• Own our social media community for China. 
• Lead the strategic and operational expansion and development of programmatic campaigns. 
• Drive the advancement of Real-Time-Bidding (RTB), and all other programmatic topics. 
• Design and create a programmatic campaign setup and conceptualize ideas for improving performance. 
• Test and optimize Display and RTB creatives. 

• University degree in marketing or a related field, or relevant equivalent professional education. 
• At least 7 years experience in similar roles. 
• Work experience within the field of Performance Online Marketing, ideally in Display Advertising, RTB/RT or Programmatic Marketing. 
• Analytical and technical knowledge and experience using MS Office, in particular Excel. 
• Strong interpersonal communications skills and a good understanding of the Chinese business market. 
• A self-starter, who is driven to get maximum optimization out of every dollar spent. 
• Business level English language proficiency.
