Job Description

  • Assist users, customers and authorities in regards of privacy/legal cases e.g. dealing with Police/ Government authorities/ Attorney’s office requests
  • Be the point of contact for users, customers and internal departments about privacy/ GDPR questions for our Customer Support department
  • Take over responsibility for the management and documentation of the RoPa (Record of Processing activities)
  • Process the requests for information according to DSGVO and optimize the associated processes
  • Be responsible for verification, checking and archiving of customer DPAs
  • Collaborate and consult with Legal and Data Protection Officers on specific customer requests regarding customer DPAs and Technical Organizational Measures
  • Create and maintain DPIA for Customer Support
  • Handle all email requests from customers related to privacy, GDPR and fraud topics within our ticket system
  • Process general security feedback about customers or private folders and protocol abnormalities of fraud
  • Cooperate in the exchange of information between Security, Accounting, Legal and the Fraud Commission

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in a modern organization, preferably in software or IT related industry
  • In-depth understanding of EU and German privacy concepts
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills
  • Enthusiasm for IT systems, IT topics and customer support processes
  • Affinity to legal issues, in particular GDPR topics
  • Good analytical and conceptional skills, complemented by solid communication skills and team spirit

Additional Information

  • Contract location would be Göppingen
  • Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
