Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director (m/f/d) Sales to lead the Account Executives of one of our multi-national Enterprise Sales Teams. 

  • Coach the team as a role model in strategic and consultative selling
  • Oversee the funnel quality and quantity to achieve the targets and being always on top of the teams activities and performance
  • Facilitate personal development of the individual Sales Account Managers in your team and coach them regularly in customer meetings and on the phone
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline and registration/escalation process for your region
  • Align closely with the Channel Partner Ecosystem to qualify new opportunities and position the best partner, to help build the best offer for our customers
  • Work with Marketing and Product Management to build and execute sales strategy and promote input for product enhancements and new product features
  • Analyse business KPI´s and conduct business reviews with the sales team and your direct manager
  • Control and manage the pricing and discounts in the different offers
  • Strong negotiation and moderation skills on all different levels
  • Analyse competition and market trends and act accordingly to be in line or even ahead of the trends

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Leader with experience in Software and SaaS Business for 5 years or longer
  • Experience in managing a high touch sales business
  • Good network and overview in the assigned markets and different verticals 
  • Good technical understanding of use cases related to TeamViewer portfolio
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus 
  • Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners
  • Comfortable with working in diverse and international teams
  • Customer focused with the willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced and growing agile environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different departmental teams
  • Strong moderator skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and quick to learn new skills
  • Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility and being
  • Accountable for own actions and decisions

Additional Information

  • Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany
  • Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
