Job Description

  • Achieve renewal sales objectives including quota and productivity requirements and other key performance indicators as determined by sales management
  • Prepare renewal contracts for the distributors/tier 1 partners in your region
  • Be responsible for setting up renewal targets for your partners in your region
  • Provide accurate 60 day rolling forecasts for assigned renewal region through accurate maintenance of renewal opportunities
  • Set- and follow-up on renewals cohort with distributors/tier 1 partners on the weekly and monthly basis
  • Be responsible for Renewal QBRs with partners along with your line managers
  • Contact customers/resellers directly to negotiate terms and conditions and render renewal contracts if needed
  • Cross-sell and upsell wherever you see potential
  • Build the bridge between Sales, Finance and Customer Success
  • Maintain renewal opportunities and associated data as needed to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure processes and workflow are being followed by backoffice team, to ensure quality and optimization on the order process
  • Own overall communications and oversee quoting and ordering escalations
  • Answer and resolve renewal queries via tickets/CRM/phone

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS organization
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales, Renewals, or Account Management capacity with a strong focus on negotiating renewals and resolving contractual issues
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a developed business acumen; polished and confident on the phone
  • Fluency in English, German and Russian is mandatory, other languages are a plus
  • Reporting capabilities and Excel
  • Capable of explaining complex situations clearly and credibly across all functions and levels of the organization

  • Contract location would be Berlin
  • Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 20%
