• Be an integral part of setting our colleagues up for success! 
• Support the global sales function through development and roll-out of enablement programs to support sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Partner with regional sales leaders, subject-matter experts, and business stakeholders to define the objectives of projects
• Produce and update learning materials for our customer facing departments
• Enable our worldwide facilitation team to deliver content where appropriate
• Use suitable tools and delivery methods to update or produce learning materials promoting learning through self-study, practice, socialization and knowledge-sharing
• Pursue a deep understanding of learner roles to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs of stakeholders and end users
• Partner with Product Owners, Team managers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and other key stakeholders to identify training needs against required training timelines
• Design and develop assessments measuring learner outcomes including productivity, understanding and internal certification
• Contribute to continuous improvement of instructional design and training processes
• Manage contractors on lager projects

• Experience in instructional design within related fields (SaaS, IT sector etc.) 
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, online seminar, and video
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Experience coordinating and organizing global initiatives
• Demonstrated use of linking learning methods with learners and outcomes
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders and leaders 
• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
