• Knowledge of the AR market and the products
• Ability to conduct intensive market research and develop deep understanding of customer needs to formulate new ideas on how our products can solve real customer problems
• Building the strategy and roadmap for our software solutions
• Taking full responsibility and measuring yourself in terms of the succss of the product (e.g. revenue)
• Aligning the roadmap with all involved stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management, Market, Sales as well as C-Level
• Represent our product internally and externally and are the go-to-person for all product related questions
• Accompany our development teams along future product developments and communicate vision, strategy and decisions in a transparent manner
• Support Marketing in communicating the product value optimally to the relevant target groups
• Enabling/training the sales organization on the product
• Hands on mentality, from concept over development, go-to-market to customer feedback you continuously accompany the entire product life cycle
   

• You bring an educational or practical background with AR software development and business.  
• Multiple years of work experience in product management for software products in fast-paced environments
• Experience in Augmented Reality
• Technical background is very beneficial
• Passion for great products and solving problems
• You love working in diverse teams
• Very good communication skills in German and English
