Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager (m/f/d) who can capture the umbrella of marketing initiatives and campaigns across our product portfolio and design demand generation programs that build our brand awareness, launch us into new markets and promote our products and solutions.

  • Develop and execute a demand plan for the EMEA region that is aligned to our business goals and drives revenue
  • Create strategies to increase traffic and leads for our high velocity products with short sales cycles
  • Develop campaigns through performance marketing channels to attract prospects in different stages of the decision-making process
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to build cross-functional cohesion and align on a unified plan for organizational growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and the buyer’s journey
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue by channel
  • Set up and further improve lead nurturing to ensure the right content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
  • Collaborate with sales, sales operations, and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report campaign performance

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of marketing and/or demand generation experience preferably within a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
  • University degree in Marketing, Media, Communication Management or another related field
  • Hands on mentality with the willingness to multi-task to get things done
  • understanding of lead generation methodologies and industry trends
  • Passion for metrics and ability to use it to guide your programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Excitement for challenge, and a desire to work in a fast-paced growing environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German on business level is a plus
