• Engage, own and drive global cross-functional projects that continuously drive our product development of core and emerging products
• Drive projects from ideation to implementation
• Take on large and small problems and drive improvements across the organization
• Build and handle the plans for moving cross-functional software projects, initiatives, and solutions to final delivery and implementation
• Develop new and adapt existing project plans, processes and communication flows and collaboratively improve them to ensure success
• Prioritize projects according to urgency, participate in team meetings, and ensure project goals align with corporate goals
• Own the tracking and progress reporting and present it on multiple projects
• Translate agile software development into organization-wide project plans
• Be the go-to-person and drive the stakeholder management in the different teams and functions as well as top management
• Build up tight relationship into all functions and assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to conclude on deliverables from each team and team member
• Develop a proper project management pipeline including governance structures, meeting cadences, review guidelines, risk management, and KPIs

• 5+ years project management experience with software companies, preferably in dynamic, fast growing companies
• BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA ideal
• Experience in working with agile software development processes as well as deep project management experience
• Ability to pitch to C-level executives clearly articulating a value proposition and in-depth project status
• Business level oral and written fluency in English; German would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company
• Proven ability to understanding the big picture and quickly comprehend complex relationships
• You have demonstrated ability to work autonomously, successfully handling remote stakeholder relationships
• You understand organizational dynamics, operating experience with large and complex organizations with a strong ability to influence
• Passionate about software and emerging technologies
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated, as well as responsible and a team player
