• Monitor key trends and KPI's of customer churn and retention 
• Develop & improve pricing strategy across various product lines
• Model different pricing scenarios and alternatives 
• Drive pricing monitoring and changes, support proposals with modelling, get buy-in from top management for needed pricing changes
• Work with sales, marketing and product managers to implement the Price changes into the market 
• Research external inputs (e.g. schemes of competition) for benchmarking our prices
• Challenge and evolve pricing features in systems, base automation-first-mind-set 
• Propose corrective measures to increase the renewal and promotional pricing efficiency
• Take active part in respective projects, representing Pricing team in other teams' projects
• Research on new trends in Pricing and Customer Value management
• Propose/Verify content for Pricing relevant communication

• Secondary University degree in Business, Economics or equivalent 
• 5+ years of experience with multi-currency, multi-market in digital services organization(s), subscription of experience is a must 
• Familiar with different pricing methods for services and recurring revenue streams
• Advanced scenario modelling skills, knowledge of CLTV & its management is a plus
• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, SQL literacy
• Strong presentation skills, past exposure to C-level is a strong advantage 
• English proficient both in written and oral form 
• Highly motivated, results oriented person 
• Eager to achieve tangible business effects in timely manner
• Strong communication skills, dealing with multi-stakeholders
• Self-organized, structured in both communication and execution
• Team supporting, volunteering to step in, where you feel to be a help to achieve goals
• Honest in what you know, hungry to significantly improve in own skills
