Support the PMO Function in the day-to-day activities which include:

·         General project administration (including Business Case writing) and monitoring – ensuring projects/deliveries meet agreed upon needs and expectations

·         Support meetings with minutes taking and action taking, with a focus to chair key governance related forums (RAID, Planning)

·         Support SAFe Agile delivery – ceremonies, sprint planning, user story/epic monitoring

·         Liaise with project members to monitor and collate the progress on different tasks

·         Support the collation and creation of updates and reports targeted at senior Executives

·         Ensure delivery is in compliance with the client’s and TeamTek’s standards.

·       A bachelor’s degree in fields such as Computer Science, Software engineering or any relevant degree related to Finance in capital markets. 

·       Fresh graduates’ applications are welcome

·       Or else a 1-to-2-years’ experience within industry (bank or consultancy for capital markets IT) desirable but not essential.
