For our office in the heart of Berlin we are looking for a Recruiter. You will be part of a cross-functional team working on a leading HR technology platform. 

Please be aware, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking candidate who is located or willing to relocate to Berlin. 

What you’ll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for high-volume roles

  • Review and improve job descriptions and externally distribute job openings 

  • Source candidates using the client’s talent pools and job board keyword searches (including, but not limited to, reaching out to prospective applicants and referral sources, coming up with new strategies to acquire talent)

  • Coordinate all aspects of the talent on-boarding to the talent pool (including, but not limited to, helping to create profiles, answering questions, assisting with pool allocation, following up on candidates, etc.)

  • Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from first contact to hire

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates

• Other ad hoc projects as required

What you should bring in

• You have a strong command of Dutch and English

• Willingness to relocate to Berlin

• One to two years of recruiting experience

• You possess strong communication skills and exhibit confidence when interacting with talents and clients

• High emotional intelligence (adept at dealing with social/emotional conflicts)

• Your work is detail oriented, efficient and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform

• Eager to learn and enthusiastic about being part of a close team
