  • Full-time

Company Description

BRYTESIGHT is a technology consulting firm focused on helping clients successfully plan, design, coordinate, and deliver complex technology systems. We support high-profile, high-impact projects by bringing technical expertise, accountability, and thoughtful project leadership to every engagement. We are proud to be trusted advisors to our clients and partners, while creating an environment where talented people can do meaningful work, solve challenging problems, have fun, and continually raise the bar.

Job Description

The Project Manager is the driving force that keeps technology projects and the people delivering them moving forward. This role manages the coordination, budgets, schedules, procurement, and implementation oversight of IT infrastructure cabling, AV, and security technology systems across a variety of markets and industries.

Just as importantly, this person is turning project requirements into clear assignments for Brytesight teammembers, using ClickUp to organize and prioritize work, monitoring deadlines and dependencies, identifying at-risk deliverables early, and making sure consultants have what they need to deliver quality work on time. The goal is to create clarity, remove roadblocks, protect commitments, and help the entire team succeed.

  • Lead Technology Projects: Manage the strategy, design, budgets, coordination, procurement, and implementation oversight of IT infrastructure cabling, AV, and security technology systems.

  • Build the Plan: Develop technology design and installation schedules that align with the customer's construction schedule and keep technology milestones visible throughout the project.

  • Drive Internal Delivery: Translate project requirements into clear, actionable assignments for consultants and team members. Assign work through ClickUp with clear owners, priorities, due dates, dependencies, and expected deliverables; monitor progress and follow up before commitments become missed deadlines.

  • Be the Client Advocate: Serve as the client's advocate for technology aspects of the project, driving coordination among client stakeholders, architects, engineers, general contractors, and technology installation vendors.

  • Manage Construction Administration: Participate in OAC meetings, conduct site visits and field observations, and provide clear reporting. Work with general contractors and technology installation vendors to ensure installations meet performance, cost, schedule, and warranty requirements.

  • Manage Workflow & Reporting: Own project workflow, task management, reporting, and delivery processes, including Agile/Sprint methodologies where appropriate.

  • Close the Loop: Oversee vendor commissioning, training, hand-off, and owner acceptance to deliver an exceptional client experience.

  • Build Relationships: Develop and expand relationships with clients and project partners, including PMs, architects, MEPs, GCs, developers, real estate teams, and technology installers.

  • Stay Current: Remain a leader in understanding new and emerging technologies across structured cabling, audio visual, and security systems.

  • Manage Multiple Priorities: Simultaneously manage a portfolio of 10+ projects while maintaining exceptional customer service, quality, communication, and accountability.
