Job Description

The Clinic Operations Director is a pivotal leader within our organization, responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of our Carrollton clinic. This role drives the implementation of local policies, financial stewardship, and procurement while fostering a culture of high-quality service and team development. As a key member of the Leadership team, you will ensure organizational scalability through exceptional engagement and retention strategies, serving as a bridge between clinic-level execution and high-level strategic goals.

Leadership & Counsel

  • Provide counsel to Senior Leadership regarding community needs, workforce planning, and financial performance.

  • Lead and develop local operational teams to maintain an inclusive, engaging, and motivating workplace.

  • Promote the company’s philosophy and mission, presenting a positive image to patients, physicians, and the community.

Administrative & Operational Oversight

  • Maintain administrative policies and management activities, including strict budget control and cost determination.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services provided in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Oversee the supervision and evaluation of client satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.

Staff Development & Community Engagement

  • Ensure adequate staff education, professional development, and performance evaluations.

  • Support recruitment and intake efforts by conducting local interviews, clinic tours, and onboarding.

  • Maintain effective communication with families, team members, and healthcare professionals while ensuring absolute confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related completion of an accredited college/university degree is preferred
  • Minimum of three years in a leadership role in healthcare, education, or childcare
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when interfacing with patient/clients, personnel, and other health care professionals
  • Ability to keep a positive demeanor in the treatment space
  • This role is based in Carrollton, TX
