Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Montessori Director to continue this mission as a vital part of our leadership team, responsible for ensuring quality education in our early childhood program.
Manage the daily schedule and communication to ensure classroom coverage.
Help improve and maintain the highest standards in each classroom and each teacher.
Understand parent needs, conduct tours, manage concerns, and maintain enrollment targets.
Support the training and education of teachers concerning the culture of care of the agency
Conduct opening and/or closing procedures in coordination with other management
Support school growth by supporting the intake process to effective increasing enrollment
Lead with a customer-centric approach, ensuring a strong commitment to Montessori principles and educational philosophy
Build engagement through relationships with parents, staff, and the school community
Collaborate closely with the Director and Senior Leadership to guide toward future success
Understand and be able to utilize the following skill sets:

Qualifications
Preferred Education: Completion of or in progress on a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management or other related field preferred. Willingness to attain AMS or AMI certifications.
Experience: A minimum of two years in a Lead Teacher, Administrative, or Assistant Director role in a pre-school, montessori, or other related environment. Preferably a total of at least four years of service work in the childcare/school settings.
Familiarity with a wide variety of effective education options and able to develop, implement and monitor those options in practice.
Analytical and problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
Communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
