Job Description

This position is a leadership role responsible for engaging with families and staff while ensuring quality therapeutic care to the patients in each program. The role will focus on the development, training, and support of our onsite treatment team to reach desired outcomes. 

  • Work with clinic operations to lead your team
  • Facilitate a team approach toward treatment in a clinical setting
  • Ensure therapy is designed, integrated, and coordinated to achieve maximum effectiveness for each client by reviewing Individual Treatment Plans
  • Ensure proper written documentation, verbal communication, and reports
  • Lead and develop the treatment team, maintain an inclusive and engaging workplace
  • Supervise therapeutic treatment directly and other BCBAs.
  • Facilitate program updates, parent overlaps, and program reviews
  • Ensure proper written documentation and verbal communications, reports; treatment plans as required by 3rd party payers of patients.
  • Train, equip, and educate other staff members concerning the culture of care of the agency
  • Understand and utilize the following skill sets:
    • Evaluate the Efficacy of Treatment;
    • Perspective-taking of patients, staff, and families;
    • Effective Demonstration of Implementation of Therapy;
    • Demonstration of Professional Behavior;
    • Competence with Crisis Intervention;
    • Facilitating Effective Training with Parents and Staff

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience in a clinical treatment setting
  • Five years in a clinic or team leadership role preferred
