You love to integrate into a busy team of skilled carpenters, working under pressure, and adapting to changing priorities.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL, QUALITY, AND FOLLOW THROUGH MATTERS TO YOU. You have the ability to read the precise specifications, measure materials accurately, and apply math skills to install material correctly in the completion of a job. Quality in the end-product is your top priority.

• Already know the basics of how to measure, cut, drill, nail and assemble materials to job specifications and safety best practices when working on construction job sites
• Proficiently install shelving and shoot doors, basic hardware like door knobs, bath hardware as directed using standard finish carpentry tools and equipment to a high-quality under a journeyman's supervision
• Learn the "Taylor way" of installation and based on general instructions, plans and lays out complete projects for single-family homes
