We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our internal marketing team. This role will be responsible for helping bring the Taylor Stitch brand to life across organic and paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for contributing to projects including the launching of product campaigns, managing our email program, development of organic social campaigns, proliferation of digital content, and the management of our digital community. Taylor Stitch launches products most days of the calendar year, so the ability to maintain the brand aesthetic and message, while seamlessly transitioning from collection to collection, is essential.
The ideal candidate has a passion for editorial design and social media, with their eye on the latest digital marketing best practices in a way that continually grows our customer file and brand awareness. Candidates should be able to execute organic campaigns within an established brand identity system. Daily projects will include launching new products, creating social posts, sending the day’s email campaign, and collaborating within the Marketing team on larger digital projects.
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual with demonstrated capabilities and experience in ecommerce and social management. They will have a strong understanding of both the customer experience and business perspective of what makes men's interest digital channels great.
Working and communicating with stakeholders from multiple disciplines and internal teams, this role will actively participate in the evolution of our web presence. This important member of the marketing team will work on fast, iterative projects that execute on the competitive strategy.
- Owning our entire email program, including audience segmentation, A/B content testing, scheduling and sending of the campaigns, and high-level weekly performance reporting
Creating and maintaining new product description pages by uploading images, copy, and size guides and launching these products as cadenced by our go-to-market calendar
Posting key campaigns in tandem on our social platforms and engaging with the community there
Launching and maintaining other coordinated efforts on the site including the homepage, navigation, SEO optimization, and blog posts
Collaborate within the Marketing team to support seasonal and partnership campaign activations across digital channels
Supporting seasonal photoshoots for our lifestyle photography
Coordinating and managing physical sample inventory for product photography, influencer, and press.
- Experience supporting the maintenance of successful direct-to-consumer websites (ideally Shopify and in the apparel industry)
Experience managing the entire lifecycle of email campaign execution (ideally Klaviyo)
Competency in working with digital project management software (ideally Asana)
Attention to detail and thoroughness in reviewing one’s work
Knowledge of men’s lifestyle interests
Motivation to learn and collaborate with other team members across Production, UI/X, CX, Visual Design, Operations, and Engineering.
