Our first acquisitions under Digital Stronghold have been Taylor Stitch, The Tie Bar, and Boston Scally. This role will sit on the Digital Stronghold Product team and be the Technical Product Manager for the Taylor Stitch brand.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to work with our data-driven product and eCommerce teams to reimagine, update, and add functionality to our web properties. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team representing the store experience, technology, and infrastructure across a number of profitable eCommerce brands while owning the roadmap and implementation for the already successful Taylor Stitch brand. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual with demonstrated capabilities and experience in eCommerce web design implementation and product management. S/he will have a strong understanding of both the UX and business perspective of what makes eCommerce websites great.

Working and communicating with stakeholders from multiple disciplines and internal teams, you'll actively participate in the evolution of our web technologies and practices. You will enable those teams to work on fast iterative projects that execute on the competitive strategy. In this role, you will employ a test-and-learn approach with User Centric Design, A/B CRO testing, and eCommerce analytics. Responsibilities

●    Understand Taylor Stitch customers deeply constantly striving to learn more through customer interactions and research
●    Define elegant solutions to solve Taylor Stitch customer pain points working collaboratively with UX Designers, stakeholders and other Product Managers
●    Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for Taylor Stitch and work with broader the CRO team from Digital Fuel Capital to prioritize test development and implementation
●    Oversee Product Launches & Lifecycle from Workshop thru In-Stock to Archive status including product tagging, front-end QA, size guide coordination and email QA
●    Represent Product/Dev in Taylor Stitch brand meetings sharing what’s new on the website, roadmap and work currently in progress, CRO tests running/upcoming and more
●    Distill broader ideas from the internal teams for suggestions regarding the eCommerce store and ideas for future enhancements and assist the CX, creative, marketing, finance, and development teams in their day to day activities
●    Build and maintain a development roadmap prioritizing solution development for customer and internal stakeholder needs/pain points as well as scheduled product releases/marketing moments 
●    Own site quality, reliability, and compliance (ADA/CCPA) including monitoring systems and ongoing workflows to ensure smooth operations as well as identifying and managing systemic and visual bugs and regressions
●    Work with developers to set up environments, review code, and ensure standards compliance in all aspects of the development and launch pipeline

Qualifications

Requirements
●    Passion for creating elegant, hypothesis-driven solutions to customer pain points (and internal stakeholders too!) 
●    Experience driving the creation and development of successful direct to consumer websites
●    Fluency in digital KPIs
●    Experience leading the requirements-gathering process for new projects and initiatives
●    Ability to work quickly, both collaboratively with UX and engineering, as well as independently, with a strong attention to detail
●    Ability to think critically with strong organization and communication skills
●    Experience talking with customers and conducting customer research
●    Skilled at looking at wireframes, designs, or data models & evaluating their complexity which are used to plan work for a       development team (breaking down tasks, creating timelines, and project backlogs)
●    Comfortable working with 3rd-party vendors for integration and support
●    Extremely data driven; use data to inform your decision-making and to measure your outcomes successfully 
●    Passionate about learning and collaborating with other team members across UI/X, CX, Visual Design, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Technical Skills
●    Experience architecting and implementing solutions in Shopify
●    Hands-on experience in frontend development (i.e. HTML5 and related technologies), backend development, high-level design, and infrastructure
●    Experience with in an A/B testing process using tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or other similar tools
●    Experience working with version control systems in a team setting
●    Preferred experience with cloud marketing software related to ecommerce: email sending platforms, analytics, paid advertising
●    Google Analytics or equivalent experience
●    Comfort with Hotjar, UserTesting, and/or other behavior analysis solutions
