Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for paid and organic customer acquisition, customer journey, and ongoing strategy and optimization of our direct digital channels. This person will work closely with our marketing, planning, and operations teams, and will play a critical role in driving growth of the business.

The Growth Marketing Manager role will involve creating experiments and campaigns that can be implemented quickly and scaled for the long-term. Being able to test, adjust, and launch in a high-growth environment will be a critical skill...you MUST have experience managing paid ad budgets in excess of $50k/month to be considered for the role.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital customer journey, from awareness through conversion

  • Identify opportunities, monitor improvements, and plan for increased demand with retention and planning colleagues

  • Explore and test new opportunities and growth strategies; measure A/B tests across paid campaigns & product launches

  • Define, measure, and optimize email and messaging retargeting campaigns to drive repeat customers

  • Directly manage and grow the paid acquisition team which is responsible for a 7-figure marketing budget across Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Affiliate networks and various other channels

  • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key metrics of paid acquisition campaigns and communicate performance and growth projections with the team

Qualifications

  • +3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within ecommerce  

  • Entrepreneurial, quantitative, get-it-done mindset

  • Holistic understanding of brand and performance metrics

  • Experience managing 7-figure ad budgets & making data-driven decisions

  • Expertise with Excel, Facebook Ads Manager, and Klaviyo (or similar ESP)

  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript a plus
