Job Description

Taylor Stitch is seeking a full-time Performance Media Analyst to join our team in Portland, Maine. This role will be chiefly responsible for the tactical execution of online marketing campaigns, and will aid in driving the company's strategic vision with the objective of growing our customer file, profitably. 

Taylor Stitch releases new products every week, so strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners is essential. The ideal candidate has a passion for quantitative problem solving, an aptitude for learning and developing ecommerce acumen, and their eye on the latest digital marketing best practices. 

Daily projects will include structuring and managing ad campaigns, digital marketing partner CRM, performance reporting, presenting data-driven recommendations & insights to peers and management.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, curate, and serve customer-facing ad campaigns across paid, earned, and organic marketing channels (Social, Search, Display, Email, Native, Print, etc.).
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns; ascertain and clearly express tenets of success.
  • Ownership of paid performance reporting and use of analytics for continuous processes improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CX, Product, and Creative teams to develop content and materials for initiative launches in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Create communication materials for external partners and coordinate delivery .through both digital and print channels to drive customer awareness and reach of products and brand.
  • Potential to co-lead marketing meetings, prospective vendor calls, reoccurring consultant meetings, and internal trainings.
  • Prioritize personal growth & development opportunities with the ability to backfill manager responsibilities, when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or AirTable and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent quantitative problem solving skills, as demonstrated by prior work examples.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by prior work examples.
  • Experience contributing in group or team settings, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
  • Proven self-starter with a passion for data-driven approaches to problem solving.
  • Experience working on a broad range of marketing initiatives including web, mobile, performance media, and direct mail campaigns a plus.
  • Experience working for a startup and/or DTC consumer brand or organization a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, HTML, Java a plus.
  • Proficiency in AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodology a plus.
