Job Description

About The Job

You’ll be the Swiss Army knife of our marketing team—organizing the weekly product launches and making sure the marketing materials are ready to go. You’re going to gather product assets (photography and copy), coordinate product launches and drive community engagement.

About You

  • You're a complete product and style nerd with a casual, approachable tone because this stuff can be scary to the everyday guy.

  • You revel in telling people about the merits of a great pair of denim jeans, Goodyear welts, how versatile an Oxford Shirt is and may follow too many vintage watch accounts on Instagram.

  • You’re just as versatile as your closet. You may have bagged a 14er or two, made an effort to catch some tasty waves and have drifted a fly (or things of the sort).

  • You can put together a simple outfit that says I look good, but I’m not trying too hard, because we’re guys and who the hell wants to look like they’re trying?

  • When we say you like details, you border on OCD. Nothing falls through the cracks, whether it’s the timing of an email send or a spelling error. You’re going to be the last stand before something goes live to our entire community.

Job Responsibilities
  • Product Launch Management / Analyzation

    • Coordinate weekly product launch communications across all digital channels (email, social, web, affiliate, etc…)

    • Develop and implement digital media programs that deliver increased community awareness, engagement and growth

    • Develop program success metrics and deliver regular performance reports, analysis, and optimization of social and email programs in collaboration with Brand Director

    • Manage product launch email calendar including messaging, intention, and segmentation of all weekly marketing emails.

    • Track and report on product launch success with the help from the inventory planning team

    • Work cross-functionally with the product team to own product content including copy, specifications, and launch dates

  • Website Merchandising (in partnership with Growth and Experience teams)

    • Oversee the onsite merchandising of all product across multiple category and collection pages.

    • Work with customer experience team to understand the customer purchase flow and optimize product mix to maintain relevance at time of purchase.

    • Define special collection moments that align with growth and brand marketing campaigns throughout the year including promotional initiatives

  • Ad Content Creation

    • Responsible for staying up to date on social platform updates and opportunities.

    • Taking big campaign ideas and translating them into actionable items to create sales

    • Work collaboratively with growth marketing team to build content to drive successful ad campaigns
