Job Description
Taylor Stitch is a thriving e-commerce business driven by sound, fact-based digital marketing campaigns. The growth marketing department is the cornerstone of growth for the company. The Growth Marketing Associate plays a vital role on the marketing team, ensuring that all our marketing campaigns are effectively implemented, executed, and drive the business forward. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for executing and maintaining various marketing campaigns. You are a clear communicator, hyper organized and thrive in a cross-functional environment. You’re competitive, revel in data and get brand. Basically, you’re a swiss army knife.
Responsibilities include:
Paid Advertising
Campaign Implementation & Management
Create, implement and optimize all paid Facebook campaigns
Work with Inventory management to determine key products to sell, and with Design and core Marketing team to brainstorm campaigns and ensure that our assets support that vision
Brainstorm & Ideation
Spearhead marketing brainstorms to find new ideas based off of insight into campaigns to inform paid marketing strategy and marketing mix
Gather internal and industry data to ensure all strategies and tactics are at the forefront of latest trends
Analytics & Reporting
Serve as primary growth representative in company-wide meetings to report on campaign performance, and what’s coming down the pipeline
Hindsight all campaigns and drive conversations to amplify what worked and rectify what did not
Email Marketing
Campaign Management
Create all audience segments for weekly email newsletters
Assist in QA’ing weekly email newsletters, from proofreading to merch-ing suggestions
Constantly be thinking of ways to innovate and improve upon current email strategy
Analytics & Reporting
Assist Director of Marketing in evaluating email marketing performance, and identify KPIs and benchmarks to monitor future success
General Marketing
Partnerships & Collaborations
Work with core marketing team to help execute campaigns and identify correct KPIs
Ensure that marketing strategy is aligned across paid social and email
Brainstorm & Ideation
Help identify new marketing tactics, as well as take part in crafting business strategy for key promotional time periods

Qualifications
This role is perfect for you if...
+1 years marketing experience
Prior experience with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager
Understanding of digital landscape, current e-commerce trends, etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable in Excel and Google Analytics
Bonus points for Google Adwords and email marketing experience
Experience in cross-functional working environments
Curious, creative problem-solver
Positive, go-getter attitude
