Job Description

Our Customer Experience team is looking for a new associate to provide online support and manage customer relationships from inquiry through delivery. CX Associates will support the Head of Customer Experience and collaborate closely with our shipping and logistics team. This is a part-time position and candidates will need to be able to work on Sundays. Candidates in San Francisco and located remotely in the US are welcome to apply.  

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of Taylor Stitch on the front lines with customers
  • Delight customers and deliver outstanding service over voice, sms, email, and live chat
  • Read, assign, address, and resolve customer service inquiries from the daily inbox
  • Manage and drive customer relationships efficiently and effectively
  • Compel passive shoppers to become loyal customers
  • Process returns expeditiously

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
  • Experience in a customer experience or retail sales —bonus if at a startup!
  • Makes decisions based on the Golden Rule
  • The ability to turn a bad customer experience into a great one
  • Empathetic and clear communicator in all channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Problem-solver who understands how to work with all types of customer personalities
  • Can prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Feel there is no task too small
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Shopify is a big plus
